We areseekingan enthusiastic andprofessionalindividualto join our team asan Eye Care Liaison Officer ECLO.This role is rewarding but can be challenging, asECLOssupport peoplethroughsome of the hardest moments of their lives: fear, grief, adjustment, uncertainty.Youllalso be juggling multiple workstreams patient support, clinical relationships, admin, data, reporting, and the proactive promotion of the ECLO service.Youllthrive in afast-paceddynamic environment, responding effectively to immediate demands while staying organised and forwardfocusedwith long-term tasks.Theright person will be able toprovide steady, compassionate supportwhile still moving forward with practical next steps.
Main duties of the job
Key Requirements
Demonstrable empathy,compassionand exceptional communication skills.
Experience in a healthcare, socialcareor support role desirable.
Ability to work independently, under pressureandmangingcompeting priorities.
Strong organisational,problem-solvingand prioritisation skills.
Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple CRM systems across NHS,RNIB.
