Job summary

Across our services, we provide over 1,000 hours of staff time per week. This includes a variety of roles, both clinical and non-clinical, and a number of different rota types, from specialist nursing clinics and physiotherapy sessions, to overnight GP shifts in our Integrated Urgent Care Centres, and everything in between.

Making sure that every shift is staffed with the appropriate team member, so that our patients always receive the best possible medical care, requires the ability to take in a lot of information, great attention to detail, and, above all, attention to detail.

Main duties of the job

As a Rota and Relationship Assistant, you will be one of the main points of contact for our bank staff members.

You will add rotas to our in house system, accept and reject shift requests, take and make telephone calls to ensure that our shifts are appropriately staffed, and liaise with our other teams to make sure that our rotas match our clinical systems.
