Title:Clinical Educator
Salary: Marie Curie Pay Scale, aligned with AFC Band 6
Hours:37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Based:London Place

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a culture of excellence in palliative care by providing comprehensive training programs, mentoring new staff, and facilitating continuous learning opportunities. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-cantered care.

30% x your basic salary per hour paid for Saturdays & weekday night duty (8pm to 6am)
60% x your basic salary per hour paid for Sundays and Public Bank Holidays

- Significant nursing experience post registration
- Teaching and learning experience in healthcare
- Confident, self-motivated team player with a positive outlook and the ability to think innovatively
- Experience of working with individuals and families experiencing change and loss

Your extensive clinical knowledge will drive the establishment of exemplary professional standards, ensuring our workforce delivers top-tier specialist palliative care.
As the Clinical Educator, you'll spearhead the development, delivery, and assessment of comprehensive clinical training programs, fostering an environment of continuous learning through innovative and adaptable approaches.
Within our dynamic nursing team comprising Senior Nurses, Clinical Nurse Managers, Registered Nurses, and HCAs, you'll serve as the catalyst for inspiration and education, enriching colleagues across every facet of our services.
