Job summary

If you have strong organisation skills, experience as a PA/Senior Secretary and want to be part of something special we want to hear from you! We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Head of Operations and Head of Nursing & Quality in the North East of England.

Main duties of the job

You will pro-actively support the Head of Operations & Head of Nursing and Quality in their role by providing an effective, efficient and complete secretarial support service on a day to day basis. You will coordinate diaries, schedule meetings and assist with day to day tasks and forward planning.

  • Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with people at all levels whilst demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy.
  • An exceptional eye for detail producing work which is of outstanding quality and accuracy
  • Ability to develop computerised office systems and be proficient with the full Microsoft Office Suite - including complex diary management

  • European Computer Driving Licence
