We are seeking well-motivated and forward-thinking professionals to join our team, in supporting the development and growth of our hospices across east Kent.

Main duties of the job

The Retail Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the whole shop;

• Meeting and exceeding financial targets
• Maintaining effective stock management and merchandising
• Managing, recruiting and training volunteers
• Carrying out shop administration
• Arrange deliveries of sold furniture
• Ensuring adequate security
• Maintaining health and safety policy and procedures
• Implementing and ensuring the growth or our Gift Aid programme
