Job summary
Job Title Psychosexual therapist
Location: Lincoln, Bedford, or home-based.
Hours Full-time and part-time roles are available (35 hours, 23 hours, 17.5 hours, or 14 hours per week).
50% of hours after 6pm Monday-Thursday and/or Friday 9am-12pm
Salary £15,340.92 - £42,461.48 depending on hours
Annual leave For a full-time appointment: 25 days per annum, plus public holidays and the period between 27 December and 1 January (three days)
Pension scheme Auto-enrolment in Relates pension scheme
Overall purpose
To deliver and evaluate high quality, effective, and professional psychosexual therapy services to Relate clients.

Main duties of the job
Key activities
1. Adhere to the codes of ethics and practice adopted by Relate and relevant Counselling Professional Bodies.
2. Be aware of and adhere to all Relate policies and practices, including Child Protection and Confidentiality, to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
3. To maintain confidential records according to the data protection regulations and Relate procedures.
4. To maintain and deliver records to enable Relate to effectively monitor the service's use and client feedback within agreed timescales.
5. To participate in individual and therapist (clinical) supervision and team meetings as required.
6. To take responsibility for professional development and training as agreed with Supervisor and line management to maintain your professional status and to meet business development needs.
7. To work collaboratively with the Federation to ensure the psychosexual therapy services are delivered in a coordinated, professional, and efficient manner.
8. Positively and proactively undertake other duties as required by your line manager that are appropriate to the position.
