Job summary
The Community and
Events Fundraising Administrative Assistant will work with the Community and
Events Team to support and implementation of the Community and Events
fundraising strategy to maximise net income, increase community and third party
support and ensure delivery of an excellent supporter experience.
The Community and Events Fundraising Administrative
Assistant with work collaboratively with the Community and Events Fundraising Officer
to support in implementing an approved delivery plan including engagement with
groups, clubs, associations, organisations and individuals within our
community.
You will have a demonstrable ability
to work proactively, reactively and strive to ensure our supporters receive
excellent stewardship.
Main duties of the job
Provide
cover for colleagues as directed by the Community and Events Fundraising
Manager and the Associate Director of Fundraising and Communications.
Co-operate
with all staff in maintaining good relationships with outside agencies and the
general public in order to uphold the charity's image and win
increased support for its work. The post holder will be expected to produce
work of a high standard and to promote quality at all times.

and develop an annual programme of fundraising collections in both private and
public settings, including compliance to all FR regulations and legal
compliances, attaining and managing volunteer support, reporting and recording
income as appropriate and a robust thanking process.

the Community and Events Fundraising Officer in the day to day running of the
Community and Events Team.

Undertake
any other duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Events and Community
