12.5
hours per week; usual working pattern 1 x 12.5hr full day or night shift on a
rota basis, 07:30-20:00, and 19:30-08:00
St
Teresas Hospice Band 5, £30,310.00 - £36,483.00 per annum pro rata (£10,103.33
- £12,161.00 actual per annum for 12.5hrs per week), plus enhanced rates for
unsociable hours.

Main duties of the job
We are a forward
thinking, inclusive registered Charity with Inpatient, Outpatient and Community
services, providing care and support to palliative patients and their families
in their own homes and at St Teresas Hospice.
In this post, you will
provide high quality holistic nursing care to palliative patients within the
Inpatient Unit and create appropriate plans of care to enable and recognize
individual wishes and preferences. You will develop and demonstrate a sound knowledge
of palliative care and contribute to the future development of this nurse-led
unit through further expansion of specialist knowledge and skills as required.
Essential
qualifications and skills include:

level Registered Nurse (General/Adult Nursing) with current NMC registration
