Job summary
You will need an understanding of the scope of the role of Nursing Associate and how this will contribute to Compton Care Clinical Strategy and the importance of promoting health and wellbeing. A willingness to learn and continue if education You should be able to use IT and be familiar with packages such as Word and Excel. Main duties of the job
As a Nurse Associate Apprentice, you will develop knowledge and skills working within the inpatient unit and other clinical areas within Compton Care. You will attend University and other placement areas. You will participate in delivering healthcare to patients and providing emotional and psychological support, working in partnership with the patient and in collaboration with internal colleagues and the external health community.
