Job summary

We are looking for compassionate and kind nurses to join our team. You will be vital to ensure that each patient, and their family, receives individualised, specialist care.

You will work on our busy 15-bed in patient unit alongside our multi-professional team.

Main duties of the job

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based practice.

Work within the MDT.

Maintain good records management using our electronic system.

Carry out all clinical procedures, including various pain and symptom management treatments.

Partake in education and training.

Partake in our quality and governance programme, like completing audits.
