£33,613 - £43,331 per annum Depending on experience
(£17.19 - £22.16 per hour Depending on experience)
18 hours per week Fixed term contract
30 hours per week Permanent contract
About the Role
Every day, youll have the opportunity to work
alongside our Sue Ryder Nurses, occupational therapists, complementary
therapists, family support team, spiritual support and palliative care
consultants, learning new skills and sharing and gaining knowledge.
The successful applicant will play an active role
within our team. It's all about giving our patients the best possible quality
of life. The support we offer is tailored to meet individuals' medical, social,
spiritual and emotional needs.
Main duties of the job
About you:
The successful applicants will have experience of
working within a variety of settings. Palliative care experience is desirable
but not essential
This role requires the post holder to rotate
between the inpatient unit, day therapy unit and the community where patients
are seen in their own homes. For this reason you need to hold a full UK driving
licence and have access to a car.

setting, for thousands of local people each year. We are part of a large
charity but have a close relationship within the local community and offer a
large range of specialist services to support patients, their families and
