This role will require the successful candidate to manage and assess a caseload of learners who are required to complete the RQF qualifications at Level 3 which enables The Children's Trust to meet Ofsted's requirements.

Role Requirements
Knowing what it takes to deliver clinical education, you will possess a sound knowledge of assessing candidates progress of learning ensuring validity, authenticity, currency and sufficiency of evidence, and an excellent understanding of a care occupational background. With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation and have completed your RQF Level 3 qualification.

To assess candidates progress and
maintain records of assessments of learning carried out ensuring validity,
authenticity, currency and sufficiency of evidence has been met.

candidates tasks against the centres assessment and verification policy.
