Job summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Bank Children Support Assistants with varying experience to join ourSpecialist Centre based in Tadworth, Surrey.

Main duties of the job

Role Requirements

Working within a Multidisciplinary Team you will provide a high quality of service to children/young people and their families, ensuring their care, education and therapy needs are met.

You will need to hold a relevant care qualification and it is desirable that you hold the Regulated Qualifications Framework Level 3 (Residential Childcare) to work within a Bank capacity for The Childrens Trust.The QCF (Qualifications and Credit Framework)Level 3Diploma inHealth and Social Care will also be considered. With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

The Childrens Trust is the UKs leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.
