We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our team. We are looking for a truly commercial thinker who will work collaboratively with their stakeholders to provide a crucial interface between Senior Operational Management, our Business Development team and other functional partners.

Main duties of the job

You will support the business in delivering on the financial commitments of the Mental Health Business Unit through robust contract management and sustainable performance improvement. Strong, effective, and credible relationships with key business leaders will be needed to support operational and strategic decision making through insightful storytelling and analytical opinion.

You will oversee and influence financially sustainable growth and use your business partnering skills to confidently challenge, support and robustly advise stakeholders.

  • You will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to develop effective relationships, providing positive leadership to drive enhanced operational performance and creating real impact to meet our strategic objectives.
  • Most importantly, you will need to bring the right level of Finance Business Partnering experience.
