About the Role:

Were looking for a dynamic Occupational Therapy Team Lead to join our specialist ASC school, part of the Together Trust. Youll lead a skilled OT team, shape service development, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children and young people aged 519 with Autism Spectrum Conditions.

This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership, working closely with families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for our students.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing the OT service across Inscape House and outreach settings.
  • Managing your own clinical caseload and supervising team members.
  • Delivering specialist assessments and interventions.
  • Providing consultancy and training to staff, families, and external partners.
  • Driving service improvement through evidence-based practice and innovation.
  • Contributing to policy, procedures, and service development within the school and Trust.

About You: Were looking for a passionate, experienced OT who can lead with vision and clinical expertise. You will have:

  • A degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) with a current practicing certificate.
  • Experience working with children and young adults, ideally with Autism Spectrum Conditions.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Strong knowledge of OT assessment tools and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate study in paediatric OT or Sensory Integration.
  • Experience in school settings, supporting EHCPs, or delivering training.
  • Ability to work across multiple sites and provide outreach services.
