The Role
We will train you to provide personalised support to our adult residents. You will follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person. The focus is developing independent living skills: personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities, socialising the daily routine of regular life. Our full Multi-Disciplinary Team are on hand Monday to Friday and will support you in your new role.

Main duties of the job
The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you will be a flexible member of the management team ensuring effective coordination of the service. You will assist in the management of a multidisciplinary workforce ensuring the Brainkind's policies, procedures and values are adhered to with due consideration to the regulations and outcomes surrounding registered services. Ensuring the care and support offered to service users is also a huge part of the role. We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of developing care plans, risk assessments and a robust knowledge of CQC. You must be resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain agile with regularly changing priorities.
