The role is for a clinical support worker, situated at Mile End Hospital, located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The team at this location is diverse and multidisciplinary, consisting of therapists, engineers, clinical support workers, and administrators. This setup underscores the organisation's commitment to a holistic approach in its service delivery, ensuring that all aspects of mobility and accessibility needs are addressed efficiently and effectively.

The role is a new within the team and will be split between doing clinical support tasks and administration. This dual aspect of the role ensures that the incumbent will be actively involved in both the direct support of clients through clinical activities and the essential administrative duties that facilitate the smooth operation of the service.

Main duties of the job

Administrative responsibilities could include managing records, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and ensuring that all documentation complies with NHS standards and requirements.

This hybrid role is crucial as it supports the seamless integration of clinical services with backend operations, contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare delivery by Whizz Kidz in the Tower Hamlets area. This structure allows for a comprehensive approach to service provision, ensuring that client needs are met promptly and accurately within the operational framework of the NHS.
