Job summary
We are recruiting a Recovery Navigator to join our team in Inner City & East (ICE) Bristol. Working in an integrated way with our partners in the Mental health and wellbeing Integrated Network Team (MINT), we support clients with moderate to high enduring mental health difficulties to find coping strategies personally and within their community.
Main duties of the job
Based at SOFA Project, 48-54 West St, Bristol, you will work as part of a multi-professional team with representatives from AWP Triage, Adult Social Care, AWP to name but a few, in order to complete support conversations and interventions with clients referred into the MINT hub. You may also need to attend daily Multi-Disciplinary Discussions (MDDs) within the hub to discuss referrals following a completed support conversation.
