Job summary

In this new role you will be the organisational lead for quality assurance. Working with the Head of Quality and Performance, you will support the development and implementation of Inspire Norths governance and quality assurance systems. Using quality kitemarks, client voice and best practice you will play a pivotal role in supporting the culture of continuous improvement. More importantly evidencing the high quality services of the Inspire North group.

Main duties of the job

You will have experience of using recognised quality improvement techniques and experience in working with external regulators. You will be proactive and innovative to excel in this role, with outstanding organisational skills and strong communication skills.

Essential

  • Experience of using recognised quality improvement techniques;
  • Experience in quality assurance and governance;
  • Experience in working with external regulators i.e. CQC, Customer Service Excellence etc;
  • Previous experience in leading and guiding teams through change;

  • Experience of being a service user, carer, or working/volunteering in our field of work

  • Methodical, with outstanding organisation, planning and administrative skills;
  • Ability to prioritise, work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail;
  • The ability to use your own initiative to identify opportunities for continuous improvement;

Desirable

  • Have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence;
  • A second Language e.g. Urdu, Polish, BSL;
