Job summary
This exciting new role will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of high standards of prescribing and nursing care and support to clients undergoing drug-assisted therapy.
Working within a holistic person-centred approach, you will provide clinical interventions, in line with legislation and best practice.
You will be passionate about supporting clients with complex/ mental health needs using innovative treatment methodology
Main duties of the job
Provide clinical (including prescribing) interventions, ensuring that they are in line with all relevant legislation, best practice guidance, professional and CQC standards and organisational documents.
Work within a holistic, person-centred approach, maximising effective communication with clients from a range of backgrounds experiencing differing mental health issues
Contribute to (medicines/drug/devices/infection control etc) alert responses in collaboration with the Clinical Department.
Contribute to the collation and use of clinical data and have responsibility for subsequent improvements required, relating to quality/performance indicators.
Undertake continuing professional development to maintain confidence and competence, to meet organisational and professional regulator revalidation requirements.
Work alongside management and their direct reports to support a one team approach.
Where relevant, provide clinical/line management supervision for other staff and support facilitation of relevant meetings/training events.
