Job summary
We are looking for a Marketing Officer to work 22.5 hours per week Tuesday to Friday in our Marketing Team
Main duties of the job
Support the planning and delivery of cross-channel marketing and comms campaigns and activity as directed by your Marketing Manager.
Plan and create high quality, engaging, audience focused content written and multimedia using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud products, Mailchimp for a variety of channels including website, social media, email communications etc.
Ensure all content is in line with St Helenas brand, tone of voice and accessibility standards

- Broad Marketing Communications Experience - Proven experience delivering multichannel marketing activity, including marketing communications, digital, email and social media campaigns, from concept to execution. Comfortable working across both online and offline channels and contributing to integrated campaigns
- Strong Graphic Design & Brand Management Skills - Confident producing highquality, onbrand marketing materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro) and Canva. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand quality, consistency and best practice at all times.
- Digital, Social Media & Email Marketing Capability - Handson experience using digital and social media platforms as effective marketing channels, supported by strong email communications skills. Confident working with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CMS platforms and email marketing systems (e.g. Mailchimp) to plan, schedule, monitor and optimise activity.
- Creative Content Creator - Able to create engaging digital and printed content, including graphics, imagery, video and written copy, tailored to different audiences and platforms. Confident capturing highquality images and video using cameras or smartphones to support campaigns and storytelling.
- Organised, Analytical & ResultsFocused - Highly organised with excellent timemanagement skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working to budgets. Experience tracking, reporting and evaluating marketing activity, using insight and data to inform future communications.
