Job summary
Are you a qualified PWP with a passion for clinical leadership and service improvement? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior PWP / PWP Team Lead to join our Derbyshire NHS Talking Therapies service.
In this pivotal role, youll support and lead a team of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, helping them deliver a high-quality, evidence-based service to those experiencing common mental health problems. Youll also play a key role in shaping the future of our service through supervision, training, service analysis, and continuous improvement.
Main duties of the job
What youll be doing:
- Providing day-to-day operational oversight and clinical leadership to the PWP team.
- Supporting the service assessment hub to run efficiently and effectively.
- Supervising and training PWPs, contributing to their development and high standards of care.
- Using service data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with the wider leadership team to position Everyturn as the provider of choice in Talking Therapies.
