Job summary

We have the exciting opportunity for an Admin Project Coordinator to join our Community Mental Health Support Service!

This is a hybrid, permanent, part-time (18.75 hrs per week) role.

Travelling across our different services is an essential requirement of this role, so a driver is preferred (Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Sunderland and Northumberland)

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Community and Crisis Teams, ensuring delegated tasks and general administration are completed to a high standard and on time.

  • Support the effectiveness of meetings by managing meeting schedules, taking minutes, tracking actions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed within agreed timelines.

  • Collate data and produce reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions, ensuring contractual KPIs are met.

  • Provide administrative support for service inboxes, managing correspondence, financial administration (facilitating invoices), and ensuring service needs are met.

  • Update website and social media content with the latest news, information, and activities, promoting the service externally.

  • Provide administrative support and coordination for the mobilisation of new services and projects, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

  • Assist with the marketing and communication efforts to promote the services effectively

  • Highly developed communication, numeracy, and written skills, with the ability to solve problems and provide practical solutions.

  • High competency in MS Office and CRM systems.

  • The ability to work under pressure with high levels of emotional resilience and a solution-focused attitude.

  • A highly organised individual with excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, fostering strong working relationships.

  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development (CPD) and contribute to an evolving role.

  • Demonstrated respect for autonomy and confidentiality, with a commitment to the organisations aims and values.
