Farleigh Hospice is a high performing organisation providing specialist palliative and end of
life care for people with life limiting illness in the Mid Essex region. Our team at Farleigh has
grown and evolved to meet the changings needs of the community we serve, and we are
looking for highly motivated individual to join our HRAS Care team.
Main duties of the job
The role will provide a high quality administration service to the Hospice Rapid Access Service Team specifically supporting the HRAS Manager and Deputies. The post-holder will co-ordinate the day to day running of the office including rota management to ensure sufficient resources are met together with recording staff holiday. Support with arrangements for staff training, reviews and onboarding new starters. Complete secretarial tasks to include dairy management, scheduling meetings and acting as first point of contact for HRAS management team. Assist with meeting preparation, taking minutes and distributing materials. Monitor and assist with incidents logged within Management software. Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
You will be a confident, caring, supportive and responsible person, motivated, dynamic with
a can do attitude.
You will be skilled in Administrative duties, as well as have knowledge around Microsoft
packages, Health Systems such as SystmOne, and have the ability to be flexible in working.
