Job summary
To secure long-term, high-value, mutually beneficial corporate partnerships across the community, primarily with local employers and businesses. The postholder will lead the development and implementation of the corporate fundraising strategy, focusing on both new business acquisition and the stewardship and growth of existing partnerships. The role will maximise financial and non-financial support through Charity of the Year partnerships, cause-related marketing, sponsorship, corporate volunteering, events, regular giving programmes, and other innovative income streams.
Main duties of the job
The Corporate Partnership Manager will deliver agreed income targets and KPIs, provide excellent supporter care, and ensure all corporate engagement aligns with hospice values, best practice and strategic objectives. The postholder will also provide support within the fundraising team and work collaboratively across departments to maximise all corporate engagement opportunities. Main duties and responsibilities Corporate Strategy and Income Generation Develop and implement the corporate fundraising strategy and operational plans. ·Deliver agreed corporate income targets within budgeted expenditure and contribute to wider income lines. Proactively research, identify and secure new corporate partnerships, maximising opportunities for: Charity of the Year, Compassionate Companies (Regular Corporate Giving), cause related marketing and sponsorship across our footprint of Furness and South Lakes. Develop and manage a strong, active pipeline of prospects with clearly defined target outcomes and values. Identify and re-engage lapsed corporate supporters. Evaluate the success and return on investment of corporate activities and initiatives. Research trends and best practice within the hospice and wider charity sector and recommend new corporate fundraising initiatives. Relationship Management and Stewardship Secure, build and maintain long-term relationships across a broad spectrum of the corporate community. Develop and manage tailored corporate donor journeys with strong stewardship and recognition. Prepare and deliver high-quality, on-brand proposals, pitches and presentations.
