A rare opportunity has
arisen to lead a unique service and contribute to the leadership of a
remarkable and unique HIV organisation and community hospital.
We are looking for a
Nurse Manager, who will also be the CQC registered manager of the Sussex Beacon
charity.
Main duties of the job
You will be an
experienced senior nurse manager, with broad experience in multi-disciplinary
working, networking, governance, quality and risk management.
As a confident
practitioner and leader, you will have the ability to work autonomously, make
decisions as the senior clinical member of staff and to oversee the day-to-day
running of the unit and its development into the future.
About us
We serve the local and further afield communities by providing specialist person-centred inpatient care to people living with HIV. Our 10-bed unit is staffed by a skilled and motivated nursing, medical and allied health professional team. The Sussex Beacon will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2022.
