The role also includes administrative support, within the office environment, to support the daily needs of the team.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a motivated team-oriented highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our Car Parking Team.
You will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our car parking services, ensuring smooth processes for both staff and visitors.
The candidate should be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way and be able to multi- task. They should also demonstrate an adaptable, flexible approach.
The candidate will be dealing with day to day car parking queries and questions and preparing and completing staff permit approvals, removals and payroll information
The role will be onsite based, there is a possibility of working from home one day per week once up to speed and subject to team shortfalls.
About us
SWFT Clinical Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of the South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT). The company provides a number of services such as outpatient pharmacy facilities at Warwick and Stratford and Nuneaton hospitals; estates and facilities management at Stratford hospital, Acorn House and Lillington Health Hub; private patient service and consultancy services to NHS Trusts.
Subject to the Company and individual's performance, an annual discretionary bonus will be awarded.

Process parking permit applications and renewals efficiently and accurately
Processing payroll requests for car parking deductions from salary
Maintain up to date records and databases
Respond to customer enquiries by phone, e-mail and in person
Assist with resolving disputes
Provide administrative support to the Parking Team
Monitor parking system performance and support reporting activities
Maintain accurate records of parking usage, payments, and enforcements action
Respond to enquiries from staff, contractors, and the public
Monitor ANPR system to ensure compliance and report faults
Liaise with enforcement officers and external contractors as needed
Prepare reports, statistics and documentation for audits or management review
Escalating Parking Charge notices to the nominated car parking management provider for swift resolution
Processing concession which are available for patients, directed by wards and/or departments
Work in partnership with other organisations to improve the provision of onsite facilities (e.g. cycle parking)
Undertake/arrange and attend team/department meetings on a regular basis and contribute to building effective teamwork in exchanging views and ideas
