Job summary
Do you have experience of managing multidisciplinary teams? We are looking for an operations Manager to work within our Community Services department. As an operations Manager you will work as part of the community care management team and be responsible for providing operational leadership and contribute to the overall service department. You will be responsible for the operational direct line management of a multi-disciplinary team working across multiple services within our community services portfolio, in addition you will oversee the day-to-day operations, including safe staffing levels, supporting the achievement of contractual performance and quality KPIs. Salary: £38.000.00 - £45.000.00 per Anum Location: Wavertree head office with travel to other PC24 sites Contract: Permanent 37.5 full time Shifts: Monday Friday 9am 5pm, with flexible working to meet service demands What will you be doing Ensure effective operational management of direct reports including clinical personnel, including sickness management, recruitment & retention, performance management, annual leave requests and appraisals in line with organisational policies. Provide a visible presence for staff during times of service delivery. Ensure regular team meetings and briefings are delivered. Oversee of the rota for your services. Monitor service KPIs and to implement agreed corrective measures, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are understood by all staff. Develop and deliver service performance reports. Ensure all key operating protocols and procedures are understood and followed by all personal and updated where required. Arrange and deliver training and inductions for new staff.
