However, professionals with experience of working in a senior role dealing with complex information and high pressure situations, and who can demonstrate an understanding of medical or non-medical device safety and regulation will be considered. Having the right values is more important and if you are hard-working, have an eye for detail and understand the importance of providing patients with high quality and safe care, then this role might be for you.

Main duties of the job

We welcome applications from professionals currently not working within mental health services, who have transferrable skills to support our agenda. The role would suit someone from a clinical background but also someone from an engineering or training background with experience working in a hospital, laboratory, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or pharmacy environment or one that is similar where they have worked with and managed a large portfolio of business critical equipment.

If you are ready for a challenging and satisfying role, where you can lead service developments and make a real difference for patients, carers, families and staff, we would like to hear from you!

The successful candidate will be based at Headquarters, Northampton but will need to work flexibly to meet the needs of the whole charity; this will include some cross-site working.

Theres no doubt that this is a demanding role, working in a very fast paced environment, however for the right individual, this would be a very rewarding role and one which you could really make your own.
