Having the right values is more important and if you are hard-working, have an eye for detail and understand the importance of providing patients with high quality and safe care, then this role might be for you.

If you are ready for a challenging and satisfying role, where you can lead service developments and make a real difference for patients, carers, families and staff, we would like to hear from you!
The successful candidate will be based at Headquarters, Northampton but will need to work flexibly to meet the needs of the whole charity; this will include some cross-site working.
Theres no doubt that this is a demanding role, working in a very fast paced environment, however for the right individual, this would be a very rewarding role and one which you could really make your own.
