Community Partnerships, St Andrews Healthcare
Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, passionate and highly skilled team of psychologists and MDT where you can use your skills across a range of clinical populations? Our service is constantly growing, so if you are a proactive, HCPC registered Allied Health Professional (i.e. Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech & Language Therapist (SALT) with a strong client-focus, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
We have a number of exciting opportunities within our Neurodevelopmental Services for Adults and Children and are seeking enthusiastic AHP to join our team to provide diagnostic services for children and/or adults, depending on your experience. Currently, most of these services are being delivered online but there will be a requirement to travel into the community in the midlands area for face to face assessments where required. Travel to the Northampton will also be required on occasion for attendance to team meetings and supervision. Successful candidates must have experience working with ASD service users and ideally have ASD assessment experience as well as trained in diagnostic tools such as the ADOS-2 and DIVA-5 assessments. However, where necessary, assessment diagnostic training can be provided as well as comprehensive support and supervision.
Our service specialises in developing and delivering community-based services for St Andrews. We currently offer a range of services including, a busy private therapy clinic, an Expert Witness Service, Diagnostic Assessment Clinics (ASD) and a Complex Treatment Service for Military Veterans. We are hoping that successful candidates who have relevant experience and capacity could also work across some of these other services and those within the wider Charity where opportunities arise.
