Job summary
This is a part-time role working 30 hours a week. It is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative team delivering a range
of primary care services for the population of Leeds. As an integral part of
the team, you will be working with internal and external stakeholders on the coordination
of data and processes being moved into the newly acquired software.
The
coordinator will provide administrative and information management skills to
support the delivery of this project.
The
coordinator will support the delivery of the project by ensuring the smooth and
efficient running of all individual workstreams sitting within the project.
The
coordinator will function as a central point of contact between the Operational
Teams and Programme Manager, ensuring excellent communication with, and a high
level of responsiveness to, those requiring updates on the performance of the
project.
Main duties of the job
Works with team
members and colleagues to continually improve the quality of services within
the overall organisational governance framework and objectives.
Works with team members
and colleagues to identify, manage and minimise risks within the overall
organisational risk management framework. This includes understanding and
applying knowledge of the admin role in safeguarding and incident management.
In agreement with
their line manager carries out such other duties as may be reasonably expected
in accordance with the grade of the post.

running of project.
Ensure project action
lists are circulated to key staff within a timely manner, with updates being

Develop and maintain
Standard Operating Procedures for all aspect of work.

point of contact for all implementation queries.

ensuring all specified tasks from within an agreed area are completed within
the agreed timeframe.
