The Rapid Personalised Care Service is a dynamic service which requires flexible staff to cope with the service demands.
You will visit patients in their own homes across the Rennie Grove catchment area (Buckinghamshire/ west Hertfordshire) so a car and driving licence will be essential.
Bank shifts of 'standard days' working 7.5 hours per day or 'long days' working 11 hours per day including weekend working available.
Salary: £10.65 per hour

To be successful in the role you'll need:
- a care certificate/ NVQ qualified level 2
- experience of working within a care setting
- relevant experience in assisting patients with their personal hygiene
- a caring and empathetic approach
- the ability to work effectively in an emotionally demanding environment
- to be able to observe and report changes in patients conditions
- to work autonomously and as an effective member of our team.
