Job summary
Are you ready to specialise? The Rennie Grove Hospice at Home teams provide palliative symptom control and end of life care in patients’ homes, which challenges you to be more flexible and responsive as a nurse, while delivering holistic palliative care to the patients and their families.
As a Hospice at Home Nurse or Senior Hospice at Home Nurse with Rennie Grove in the Buckinghamshire Hospice at Home team (Ridgeway, South Bucks and Wycombe), you’ll have the opportunity to learn, develop and become an expert in your chosen field of nursing.
This role will be a Rennie Grove Band 5 Hospice at Home Nurse or a Rennie Grove Band 6 Senior Hospice at Home Nurse, depending on experience.
Hours: 30 hours per week (full time or part time considered)
SALARY: Rennie Grove Band 5 (Hospice at Home Nurse) £26,828 - £32,209 per annum (pro rata) and Rennie Gove Band 6 (Senior Hospice at Home Nurse) £33,033 - £39,808 per annum (pro rata). Depending on experience.
