Are you an experienced dental nurse passionate about providing exceptional care? Community Dental Services CIC, an award-winning, employee-owned social enterprise, is looking for a dedicated Specialist Dental Nurse to join our mobile dental team. We deliver high-quality, specialist dental services across East and Central England, focusing on the most deprived areas within the SNEE ICB (Integrated Care Board) Suffolk boundary.

Main duties of the job

About the Role:

As a Specialist Dental Nurse, you will:

• Provide clinical support for a wide range of treatments to a diverse client base.
• Lead dental nurse triage sessions and organize the fluoride varnish programme.
• Work with children, young people, and vulnerable adults, ensuring seamless care.

Requirements:

• Degree level qualification (or equivalent) and Certificate in Topical Fluoride Application.
• NEBDN Certificate in Special Care Dental Nursing* and Oral Health Education Certificate* (desirable).
• Strong initiative, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and competent keyboard skills. Knowledge of dental software is a plus (training provided).

*Or able to achieve the qualification within the first two years of employment.
