Grantham Health Clinic, Special Care Dental Service, St. Catherine's Road, Grantham, NG31 6TT
Salary: £35,392 - £42,618 per annum(pro rata if part time)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Dental Therapist to join our team at CDS (Community Dental Services) Lincolnshire, based in Boston and Grantham and to support clinics across Lincolnshire as required.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will become part of a specialist service and have the opportunity to work in various clinical settings including community health centres, hospitals, mobile units, domiciliary care and residential homes whilst being supported by an experienced Dental Nurse.
The patient base will include adults and children, patients with additional needs, dental phobics and patients with learning and physical disabilities. The post holder will be working alongside a highly experienced and friendly dental team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dental Therapist with a special interest in working with patients with additional needs and paediatrics in a community setting.
The post holder will be encouraged to utilise their full scope of practice working under the prescription of a dental surgeon.
The Community Dental Services Lincolnshire is passionate about investigating in its dental team. We provide our staff with opportunities to grow their capabilities and support Dental Therapists to develop additional skills such as administrating inhalation sedation according to clinical need. The post holder may also have the opportunity to support the national dental epidemiology programme.
Training will be supported to develop additional skills.
As you will be expected to provide support to all clinics across Lincolnshire, the ability to visit all bases in the county is essential.
