Main duties of the job

What are we looking for?

The post holder will be responsible for recording the receipt of referrals into a range of dental services provided by Community Dental Services CIC in Norfolk & Waveney. You will ensure that the Service responds appropriately to set criteria that patients are seen for care within the Services' agreed time frame. You will be a point of contact for employees, patients and general dental practitioners.

You will support the administration of the referrals process from a central base but may visit other clinics in order to manage this function. There will also be the specific requirement to undertake other administrative duties including reception cover.

The post holder will be based at the Siskin Dental Centre at Norwich Community Hospital. The ability to travel countywide in order to attend team meetings and training countywide is required.
