compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role offers a
variety of shift patterns, including days,
evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Flexibility is key, as
youll be contributing to a service that operates 24/7 to deliver outstanding
patient care.

will be working on a rotational shift
basis, supporting colleagues across different time slots to ensure

Main duties of the job
As akey people leaderwithin the service, you will support the operational running of ourDay and Night Nursing Team, Befriending Service, Complementary Therapy, and Occupational Therapy services, ensuring patients and their families receive the best possible support.

Hospice
at Homes core service is our skilled team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare
Assistants who provide exceptional care and support in peoples last year of
life, at end of life, also providing additional services such as Lymphoedema,
Bereavement and Family Support, Befriending, Occupational Therapy and
Complementary Therapy.
We
provide individualised care and support to improve quality of life and our end
of life care helps facilitate a peaceful and dignified death in the home and
support to those who are bereaved.
Our
clinical service area covers a mixture of urban and rural communities, a region
of approximately 1,500 square miles throughout North and East Cumbria.

Assist the Head

an effective appraisal and development review process, identifying learning
needs and provide training opportunities.
Liaise with the
Head of Clinical Services as appropriate to review care provision.
Participate in
direct provision of patient care and liaise with members of the
multi-disciplinary team and palliative care team in order to achieve this.
