Job summary
The purpose of this role is to operationalise new services
and business opportunities in Wales. This role will straddle between business
development and business as usual, ensuring seamless and successful
implementation of new services. The first 12 months of this role will be
focussed on developing and mobilising opportunities in Wales. Because of this,
the role holder will need to be prepared to travel when needed but can assume
that most of the work can be done remotely via teams. This role is a full time,
permanent role, working flexible between our offices in Brighton and from home.
This role will form part of our newly set up Strategy and
Innovation Team (SIT) at Here. The SIT’s purpose is to enable growth across the
organisation. SIT is responsible for Discovery, Sharing Learning, Creating
Curiosity, Building Capability Building Sustainability and Supporting
Mobilisation around our growth strategy. Other members of the SIT include
Director of Strategy and Innovation, Head of Strategy and Innovation, Head of
Marketing and Communications, Project and Development Coordinator. It is an

Main duties of the job
You will lead on:
- Mobilisation and
operationalising of clinical and care services, initially in Wales
(working from Brighton and travelling when needed)

- Use

- 3+ years experience in a service manager or business development manager role and/ or equivalent
- Experience in managing risk and spotting opportunities. Experience in understanding the potential of a conversation in line with the businesss strategic goals and objectives
- Experience delivering complex projects to a high standard with many different stakeholders. Experience creating and maintaining project plans
- Working knowledge of GP Practice IT and Governance systems EMIS, SystmOne, Vision, Microtest
- Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of using Microsoft and Project Software including Excel, PowerPoint and word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write in plain English and translate complex text and issues into clear language
