We have an exciting opportunity for Recovery Workers to join our new 24/7 365 days Crisis House, mental health service in Sheffield. This non-clinical service provision will aim to ensure that timely and effective mental health crisis care, and support is delivered in a community setting, away from an acute hospital environment.

This non-clinical service provision will aim to ensure that timely and effective mental health crisis care, and support is delivered in a community setting, away from an acute hospital environment. Delivering high quality, safe and effective crisis services in support of the organisation's mission, values and strategy. Working to ensure the service is responsive to the needs of people in an honest, non-judgemental and open manner which respects the rights of individuals and groups and to support in the mobilisation of new services. We are looking for experienced mental health crisis workers who to provide high quality, recovery focused support to people who have a range of mental health needs.
