Quality and Practice Lead

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Quality and Practice Lead to support our work to continuously improve the quality, safety, and efficacy of mental health services within Mental Health Matters. Providing practice leadership, this role will ensure that practices and decision making meet the highest standards of support, compliance, and satisfaction; working closely with our operational managers and National Clinical Lead.

Main duties of the job

Quality Assurance and Improvement * Provide professional leadership and coaching to colleagues delivering mental health support services * Support the peer reviewing of MHM's Quality Self-Assessment Process, in particular the delivery of associated action plans to drive the continuous improvement of our operating models, standard operating procedures and practice. * Chair reflective group supervision sessions with teams to support teams to improve their practice and outcomes for people accessing services, in line with Mental Health Matter's values. * Develop and lead a programme to establish communities of practice aimed to share best practice and capture evidence of the impact of our services to ensure services continuously improve. * Support the implementation of our co-production strategy to ensure the consistent delivery of its objectives at an individual, service, organisation, and system level.
