37.5 Hours per week £50,960 with progression up to £56,680. per annum This is a hybrid role, with regular travel required across South Yorkshire and the Midlands. There is an expectation that the role will be visible in South Yorkshire and embedded in the South Yorkshire Mental Health System. You will have management responsibility for a variety of recovery focussed and alternative to crisis services across the Midlands and South Yorkshire where you will be responsible for the performance of the services. You will have a track record of developing excellent relationships with partners in delivery and with commissioners of services. About you You will have proven managerial / supervisory experience in the Health and Social Care sector. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude. You will hold a relevant Management qualification or be willing to work towards this.
