Job summary

You should have a real interest in helping people with anxiety and depression to achieve a level of recovery which will improve their overall wellbeing and day to day life. An understanding of PWP supervision is desirable, however on-the-job training is available to the successful candidate, as you will be responsible for the clinical and case management supervision of both trainee and qualified PWP's.

  • Provide a service that is flexible, as far as possible, to meet the demands of the client.
  • Have the ability to offer evidence-based practice in facilitated self-help and group work
  • Develop, support and train innovative practice to Trainee & Qualified PWP's and to Primary Care colleagues, such as health visitors and to colleagues in statutory and non-statutory organisations.
  • Promote and contribute to the development and maintenance of a healthy therapeutic culture within the service amongst colleagues and the people who use the service.
