Job summary
We are seeking a qualified and motivated High Intensity Psychological Therapist to join our team. The post holders will provide high intensity interventions - predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). They will work with individuals who have a range of complex Anxiety and Depression related problems for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective. We offer training opportunities
Main duties of the job
We are seeking a qualified and motivated High Intensity Psychological Therapist to join our team. The post holders will provide high intensity interventions - predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). They will work with individuals who have a range of complex Anxiety and Depression related problems for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective. We offer training opportunities in a secondary High Intensity modality (Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Couples Therapy for Depression). We also have 4 clinical CPD events planned for 2024/25. The post holders will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary, and should be committed to equal opportunities.
