Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: AfC Band 6 £35,392 per annum, with progression to £42,618 per annum Location: Stafford Hybrid working arrangements You must be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who can provide evidence of at least one year of post qualification experience working within the PWP role. You will have completed the PWP Supervision Training. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of how anxiety and depression present in Primary Care. You will also be either BABCP or BPS registered. About the role The successful candidate will join the team at Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Wellbeing Service. Working as part of the Wellbeing Service Step 2 team, we will offer numerous prospects for learning and development through strong team support, clinical supervision, and integration with our Step 3 team. In addition to this we offer a comprehensive employee package including the opportunity to work at home one day a week following a six month probation period, and allocated time for the development of Specialist Interests. Qualifications

Essential

• A degree related to Mental Health e.g. Psychology
• And
• * An NHS Talking Therapies qualification as a
• psychological wellbeing practitioner AND Registration
• as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with either
• BABCP or BPS.
• * PWP qualification, or equivalent.
• * Training in risk assessment
• * and Registration as a Psychological Wellbeing
• Practitioner with either BABCP or BPS.

Experience

Essential

• * Experience of supervising others within a therapy
• setting.
• * Significant experience of working with people with
• common mental health problems.
• * Ability to demonstrate a range of post-qualifying
• experience (min 1 year) in offering and delivering the
• range of evidence-based IAPT low intensity
• interventions such as guided self-help and group
• psycho-education
• * Consolidated and reflective supervised post-qualifying
• experience in a community setting.
• * Experience of working with clients in a primary care
• setting.
• * Experience of 'partnership working'
• Substantial experience of multi
• -disciplinary teamwork
• * Experience of working with suicidal clients and of risk
• management
• * Experience of working within the IAPT culture
