Salary: £22,383 per annum (comparable to NHS AFC Band 2)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Based: Morpeth, with the flexibility to travel and work from other locations within Northumberland, as necessary

About the role
Our admin team are passionate about supporting our clients and providing the best service to the people of Northumberland. They are empathic, professional and well-versed in working in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate to join our team must have good experience of MS office, word and excel and must possess previous experience in administration roles. You will be able to communicate effectively both orally and written, understanding the importance of maintaining accurate client records.
You will have a good level of education with solid numeracy and literacy skills, but also be keen to continue your own professional development through training opportunities provided by the service. We are looking for a confident individual, who has an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Our team work to a shift pattern, but also understand the need for flexibility to cover alternative shifts during annual leave and periods of sickness for other members of the team. The team work most often from an agreed base but do travel to and work from other sites within Northumberland, as required.
About You
The post holder will work within the NHS Talking Therapies service and is required to provide a full range of administrative support to the service. The ideal candidate must have good experience of MS office, word and excel and must possess previous experience in administration roles, including scheduling and working in a fast paced environment. On a daily basis you will be dealing with clients in person and via the telephone, therefore excellent communication skills are required. The successful candidate will have a good level of education with solid numeracy and literacy skills. We are looking for a confident individual, who has an excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail.
