Job summary

To manage the efficient operation of ICT across the organisation, ensuring that Brook’s ICT infrastructure is robust, efficient and secure. The post holder will provide all levels of support for the day to day ICT requirements of the organisation, from performing network administration and configuration of equipment, to managing assets and supporting the external helpdesk with diagnosis and fault finding. The post holder will manage and implement new projects and solutions to improve performance and efficiency, and will support the development of Brook’s ICT infrastructure to enable a digital-first culture. Through effective performance management of Brook’s external ICT support provider and other relevant services and suppliers, and through liaison with internal stakeholders, the IT Manager will drive improvement and user satisfaction.

Hours: Full Time. 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Location: Liverpool or London with hybrid working and travel to brook services across the UK

Salary: £45,000 plus LWA if applicable
