Job Title: Clinical Manager Contraception & Sexual Health (CASH)

Location: Blackburn, BB2 2BL

Salary: £46,226 per annum + £3,000 Welcome Bonus (post-probation)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time or part-time available

After successfully completing your probation, you'll be eligible to join our 4 Day Week programme work 20% fewer hours with no reduction in pay.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Clinical Manager with specialist experience in Contraception and Sexual Health (CASH) to lead and support our dedicated team in Blackburn.

As a key member of the local leadership team, youll ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centred clinical services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician with strong leadership skills to take the next step in their career.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, providing professional leadership to the nursing team, and driving service excellence across our clinics.

  • Senior nurse management experience
  • Relevant qualifications in contraception and GU medicine for example FSRH Diploma and STIF Competencies or equivalent
