Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours per week (Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)

Job Overview:

To provide reception, referral, and information to clients in a flexible, respectful and non-judgemental manner, including referring to others, and answering queries; keeping up-to-date records and files; using IT systems and word-processing as appropriate. Must be able to work 1:4 Saturdays (1x Saturday every 4x weeks)
