Brook has a 4 day week policy. Hours will reduce by 20% with no reduction in pay on satisfactory completion of probation.

Contract: Fixed until 31/03/2028

Salary: £24,500 (pro rata)

Job Overview:

To support the efficient and effective delivery of health promotion and one to one adults (18+), ensuring the service is reaching the target beneficiary groups.

Responsible for developing and maintaining effective blended outreach interventions, collaborative working partnerships with community organisations, community businesses and community champions in order to ensure the target beneficiary groups are benefiting from good sexual and reproductive health education, support and services. To deliver a one to one programme specifically for adults to improve their sexual health and wellbeing and strengthen their knowledge, skills and self-worth.

To work with a wide range of target beneficiary groups including (but not limited to) LGBTQ communities, MSM, Black Africans and other BAME populations, refugees and those with learning difficulties.

Qualifications

Essential

• GCSE Level (minimum of 5 passes) or equivalent.
• Commitment to continued development.

Desirable

• Has a train the trainer qualification with evidence of experience in face to face professional training.
