Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager Contracts
and Stakeholder Relationships to play a pivotal role in managing our contracts,
financial oversight and key relationships across the health and care system.
This is a high-profile role, requiring an in-depth understanding
of NHS contractual frameworks and strong financial acumen. You will be the
primary point of contact for commissioners, practices, and partners, ensuring
that services are delivered effectively and that performance, governance, and
financial obligations are met.
You will also contribute to the strategic
development of Merton Health CIC, supporting new opportunities and helping to
shape the future of primary care services across our borough.

About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Significant experience in contract management, ideally within the NHS or
healthcare sector.
- Strong financial skills, with the ability to interpret, monitor and report on
complex data.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, able to influence
and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to
manage competing priorities.
Experience within primary care, GP Federations or PCNs would be an
advantage, but we welcome applicants from wider healthcare or related sectors
with transferable skills.
